In the last season of the pro-Kabaddi League (PKL), the overwhelmingly dominating Delhi team, wanting to win the seventh season, winning against the Telugu Titans on Wednesday in PKL 2019. The team had performed more than expected in the previous season and it reached the playoff for the first time. In the last season, the team performed amazingly at home and won five out of six matches.
In the last season, the team won 12 out of 24 matches while 10 lost. The team will once again land on Matt to repeat their same performance. In the seventh season of PKL 2019 where most of the teams are climbing on the mat with the new captain, Delhi has once again expressed confidence in its old captain Joginder Narwal.
Joginder, who plays with the left corner, said about the first match of the season that his team is fully prepared mentally and physically for the match.
He said, “The team is fully prepared to make its winning start this season. All the players are excited about this match. We are ready to give our best and I hope you all will get to see an exciting match.
The captain said,” The Telugu Titans are also very strong. They have many great raiders. He has added many good players this time. We have created a strategy against the entire team, not against anyone player. That strategy will be seen on Matt’s day on the match. ”
Dabangg Delhi and Telugu Titans had played only one match against each other last season, in which Delhi had won a grand victory from 34-29. The team of Telugu Titans has lost both their matches so far this season. In such a situation, he will have to give his best to return to victory against Delhi.
However, Delhi coach Krishna Kumar Hooda is not giving much importance to the defeat of the Telugu Titans.
Hooda believes that any team in the league can ever return, so his team will not take the Telugu Titans lightly.
Coach Hooda said, “Looking at the previous preparations, I hope our team will make a winning start in the first match. All the teams played in the league are all good, but we have faith in ourselves and our team. ”
Delhi needs to be very cautious with Telugu titans star rider Siddharth Desai. Desai made his debut in the league with U-Mumba in the following season, and in his very first match, he had achieved 15 red points by placing super-10.
