Julian Nagelsmann’s men will be full of self-belief after knocking Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid out of the continental competition, courtesy of an 88th-minute winner from their American youngster, Tyler Adams, in the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile, PSG left it late to score a 93rd-minute winner in the first single-legged quarter-final fixture to book their spot in the last-four.
Neymar and company trailed the Italian side 1-0 heading into the final minutes, but Marquinhos and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting arrived late to secure their first-ever Champions League semi-final appearance in 25 years.
